Kevin Varghese

COO & Co Founder

Kevin Varghese brings to the table a wealth of cross industrial and functional insights honed over previous managerial roles - with a vested interest in the mobility and education sector. Driving his four years of experience has been a tenacious need to find gaps within the market and provide innovative solutions.

This is further powered by a self-motivated yet conscientious work ethic stemming from his four generation strong background of entrepreneurs. His personal areas of interest centre around sustainability, and a desire to imbue this mindset across operations and investments. Through his work at Blackfort he will be taking the helm in ensuring solutions contributing to a wider circular economy are not only successfully brought to the local market, but are sustained in a scalable manner, laying the groundwork for a more carbon conscious future.

Kevin holds a Bachelors and Masters degrees in Business Administration and International Relations from the American University in Dubai and Regents University London respectively, having also studied Human Resource Management & Employment Relations at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Majid Binkaram

CMO & Co Founder

Majid Binkaram has been one of the founding partners at Blackfort since the beginning of the company in 2019. He was born and raised in the United Arab Emirates, in Abu Dhabi specifically. Vast experience and insight are brought to the table across multiple industries by him, from construction to interior design, to furniture and ending with property management.

With four years of experience, he has been striving to provide efficient and effective marketing solutions to the market across multiple industries. His work is backed by his generational experience of a powerful entrepreneurial family. His personal areas of interest are varied, including traveling and visiting manufacturing countries, which is one of his favorite activities.

The company relies on him to handle BlackFort's marketing strategies. His extensive knowledge of international markets and his wide network of industry leaders ensure innovative and effective marketing campaigns for the company. Majid holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the American University in Dubai, majoring in Finance and Economics.

Ansh Kumar

CFO & Co Founder

Ansh Kumar comes from a family of entrepreneurs based in India and UAE. With Blackfort, he hopes to achieve excellence in bringing innovations to the world in various sectors. His experience spans from his family business of land acquisition and has since diversified into Aviation, Healthcare and Sustainable Agriculture.

Ansh's long-term goal is to create sustainable ventures that impact the world positively and to leave a footprint for future generations to remember. He believes in the ideology that if an innovation cannot change your life, it is not an innovation. There is a huge difference between innovating and implementing an innovation and he aims to do that through Blackfort.

His personal interests focus on military aviation and international politics. He completed his Bachelor's in Business Administration from the American University in Dubai and a Post Graduate degree in Leadership and International Management from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh.

Aayush Kumar Shah

Chief Strategy Officer

Aayush Kumar Shah has been an integral member of a global enterprise focused on sustainability, strategic consulting, investment, and real estate since its inception. Born and raised in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Aayush brings a wealth of experience and insight to the table, spanning multiple industries including sustainability, digital strategy, financial management, investment, and real estate.

With several years of experience, Aayush has been dedicated to providing efficient and effective solutions to the market across various sectors. His approach is backed by his deep understanding of business processes and his commitment to innovation. Aayush's personal interests are diverse, including econometrics, data analysis, and sustainable development. His passion for learning and applying new knowledge drives his professional endeavors.

His extensive knowledge of international relations and a wide network of industry leaders ensure smooth and successful business operations. Aayush holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Bath, with a focus on Finance and Econometrics.
